“ Education is the manifestation of the perfection already in man ” — this is a very famous quotation of Swami Vivekananda.Keeping this in view, School Lead strives to bring out the innate talents of the children which enable the children to be perfect social responsible children. School Lead also aims at preparing the children to be tech savvy to meet with the ongoing rapid technological changes. With the world becoming more volatile, and unpredictable, and with disruptive technologies leading to rapid obsolescence in jobs and knowledge, the purpose of education should be to prepare children for a future we do not know.
To achieve this, we opine that the role of a teacher is not only just to teach the subject but also should improve the common sense among the children that is used ever time everywhere.
