‘Find School Jobs’ is looking for an innovative and experienced Preschool/Kindergarten Teacher to deal with the children of 2 to 5 years age group. A preschool teacher must have great love, compassion and patience to properly guide young children of various attitudes and abilities. The teacher should know that young children learn from playing, involving, and experimenting.

The main responsibilities of the Preschool Teacher are to take care and inspire the young minds with a variety of teaching methods, like fun activities, role plays, storytelling, art and craft, rhymes and games. The teacher is also expected to teach children basic skills such as identifying shapes, colors, numbers, and letters etc.,

Preschool Teacher Responsibilities are to:

Teach children about basic concepts such as colors, letters, numbers, and shapes.
Follow teaching methods like fun activities, role plays, storytelling, art and craft, rhymes and games.
Deal with young children in groups or one on one, basing on the needs of children and on the subject matter.
Create lesson plans in accordance with the school curriculum that aims at developing different areas of the child.
Prepare teaching aids and material for live examples to retain the students’ attention.
Organize daily activities and routines for children to get enough physical activity.
Keep records of the children’s progress, routines, and interests, and timely communication to the parents.
Decorate the classroom with posters and hangings and other essential teaching aids.
Maintain a safe, neat and organized environment in the classroom.
Participate in conferences, seminars, workshops, staff meetings, continuing professional development programmes, and any other school events.
Maintain good rapport with the parents and discuss the children’s issues.
Dedicate to the overall welfare of the children and growth of the institution

Preschool Teacher Requirements:

Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in any discipline.
Degree or Certificate in Pre-Primary/Nursery Teacher Training.
Bachelor’s Degree in Education is preferable
Experience in working with young children is preferable.
Ability to maintain congenial working relationships with others.
Computer knowledge, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
